My daughter is going to be a freshman at the University of Denver starting fall of 2019. She plans on joining Sorority. Are the houses on campus, and do the financial awards for residential housing apply, if a Sorority is chosen over a dorm?
Asked by Ron from Aurora Colorado
Hello, Ron, Thank you for your question, and congratulations on your daughter's admission to the University of Denver! Some DU-affiliated sororities have designated houses off-campus, while others do not have a separate housing option (in which case the sorority members live in the residence halls during their first two years). As long as the sorority is DU-affiliated, then the residence hall grant will apply. Thank you! Please feel free to contact DU Undergraduate Admission if you have any additional questions.
