What GPA do I need to apply
Asked by Mabel from Bay area
What is the GPA and SAT and ACT range for admitted students? What is the % of applicants who are admitted to the school? What is the cost of attendance(yearly or by credit hour)? What is the % of students who receive financial Aid?

Hi Margret, for the fall 2018 class, the average GPA was 3.87, the average SAT composite score was 1175 and the admit rate was 31.93%. If you take the ACT assessment, the ACT composite will be converted to an SAT total replacing both the critical reading and math scores. The total tuition and fees per semester for the 2018-19 school year is $3,417 for undergraduate California residents. Nonresidents of California must add an extra $396 for each credit unit. The percentage of CSULB undergraduate students who receive some form of financial aid is 71%.
