Multi-millionaire Alumni - TY CSULB

I studied music at Long Beach State. I also played intramural volleyball which I'm so proud of since we're now back-to-back National Champions! Really great all-around school. I chose CSULB over UC Berkeley and UCLA for music. If you're in music, the school treats you like you're an athlete so I had pretty much 8 hours a day free to practice. All the core classes are bleh (had tons of AP credit so skipped a lot of core) but the survey classes are intense. Learned more about Asian and European economic development than I needed to in one semester. Math Department was a highlight of my time there. A teacher made us do all our calculus by hand and without a calculator. OUCH! Higher tier classes are research and reading heavy. Anyways, my alumni profile is late 30s and a multi-millionaire. I'll definitely leave a money to the school. I had an amazing time there! Great legacy! GO BEACH!
