Oklahoma State University User Reviews and Ratings
A great school
By MK, From Kansas City
My daughter is a current student. She is graduating this year with a double major and has done it in 4 years. She has studied abroad for credit and taken summer school to do this. The opportunities she has had there from internships and great academic guidance have been wonderful. It is a more diverse campus than I imagined and she has made great friendships with students from all over the US and abroad.

Friendly Campus
By K, Class of 2006, From Tucson, AZ
Another reviewer said to "choose OU" if you are from Oklahoma. OU is a great school, sure, but walk around campus in Stillwater. Look around at the faces of people you pass, and students will notice. They will smile, and if you need help there are always plenty of students, teachers, and administrators willing to lend a hand. I have rarely gotten that feeling at any other large university, and I have been to numerous. It has been over a decade since I finished my undergraduate degree at OSU, and I still have a great many memories and a great many skills I picked up along the way. Like all things, you get what you put in. So, put in the work at OSU, and you'll have lots of fun too.

Super Expensive for out of State
By J Colorado, From Colorado
They are incredible at Marketing to get you in. Support for students is lousy. It has been a really expensive lesson for our family. I would not recommend attending this school if you are not from Oklahoma.

Proud alum
By Taylor, class of 2014, From Kansas City
Once you set foot on campus in Stillwater, you'll immediately feel like part of a large family and fall in love with Oklahoma State University. It's a place you have to experience. The college town feel is something even those from major metro areas find exciting and welcoming. Course work is challenging but you have all the support available to be successful if you use it. You can spend an entire day in the world's most comprehensive student union. Construction is ongoing, highlighted by a new headquarters for the Spears School of Business. A performing arts center is being built right at the edge of campus. Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher Iba Arena are two of the best facilities in the country for college athletics, which by the way, OSU has 52 NCAA Championships and counting. Homecoming at OSU is the greatest celebration you will ever see at a university. Highlighted by the Walkaround, this includes house decs that have been constructed by the fraternities and sororities, and many stand 2-3 stories tall. Look at other schools and weigh your options, however you will find that OSU provides the best value, a challenging and rewarding degree, a family atmosphere, and friends to last forever. Once you graduate and move on, Stillwater, OK will always feel like home, no matter where you're life takes you.

Exceptional Experience
By Taylor, From Oklahoma
I found my time at OSU very fun and challenging. There is plenty to do from sports to student government. It has to be one of the friendliest universities out there. I was a straight A student coming in but I found it extremely challenging and did not graduate with nearly as excellent of a GPA. I have since gotten a 4.0 in an MBA program from another school so I feel like I can say that the courses are rigorous.
