Best education for the dollar.

I graduated from Drake University twice...once with my BA and once with my MS. Drake University is a private school located int he capitol city of Iowa. It has Division I sports and campus life is enjoyable. I would say some of their most popular majors would include a JD (Law), Pharmacy, education and business. The campus is beautiful (especially in the Fall) and even though Iowa can get cold in the Winter, the college is located on one of the main roads (University Avenue) so the roads are plowed. Plus, the mass transit system in Des Moines is adequate.

I attended Drake for my undergrad. Its a very beautiful campus, fast access from one side to the other. Professors are very dedicated to your learning and will make time to meet with you. The student population is very political so be prepared to discuses hot topic issues. overall Drake is a respected school in the area and tries to hold its self to higher standards. BEWARE of biased Dean of Students.

Did my masters at Drake. They had exceptional teachers. They offered flexible schedules so I could work full time while going to school. Had a wonderful experience and I felt it was worth the money.
