Excellent small private liberal arts school.

I attended N.C. Wesleyan College late 1980s-very early 1990s. I carried a double major, standards were high and I learned how to study, how to better manage my time (full time student with full time job), and NCWC is where I really learned to think for my self. I did acquire excellent critical thinking as well as exceptional writing and speaking skills. Finally graduating in 1993 was such an important milestone in my life. Several years ago, my younger sister also attended N.C. Wesleyan College and she also made it to the finish line in 2012. I have cousins and friends who have gone on to attend and complete their degrees at NCWC. For many of them, it is preparation for graduate or professional school. I even earned two masters degrees later. NCWC is a hidden gem in Rocky Mount and its satellite campuses. This little college can help change lives for the better.
