Fantastic University which produces individuals ready for the workforce. Most professors have real world knowledge and experience. Not a liberal arts college trying to indoctrinate students. Not a huge town, but enough to do in order to keep your mind occupied.

Very white and republican

NU is as conservative and white as you can get. The politics are in the education. Some might like that. Housing is really old

Professors can't stay on topic and don't teach useful information. Too involved in conservative political agenda. Not welcoming of minorities. Midland is one of the most boring cities in Michigan.
