Avoid if you can

The educational standards are low in many schools and departments in this school. The faculty are mostly white.The non-white faculty tend to leave. Diversity is a buzz-word, used for political correctness and to meet accreditation requirements. In this university, if you are non-white, you will have to put up, shut up. Avoid and go to a different school.

Obtained Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Worked throughout college to pay for it as a Co-op in my field at a local organization. Left the area and found a job. School is great, but never underestimate the power of internships. I prefer a smaller town setting, which is what Terre Haute is. I planned on staying relatively close to home, and I didn't care for Eastern Illinois University's campus and University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana was going to be out of my price range. Like anywhere, teachers can be hit and miss. The campus was nice and clean. Class sizes were normally in the 20-40 range. Plenty of groups and organizations to choose from. If you don't find one you like, take initiative and build your own. Food court was normally clean and just your basic fast food. Dorms were dorms, I lived off campus later on. And I met my goal of getting my 4 year piece of paper.

Terrible experience

Not only was I constantly harassed by a , but it took forever for someone to take action cause they simply didnt care. At least not until the dean was called. Dont come here. On top of that, there isnt really much to do. IUPUI is a better choice. Trust me.
