師資配備Teaching staff 漢語由中方教師任教，其他學(xué)科均由外方教師進(jìn)行全英文授課，并同時(shí)安排中方雙語教師擔(dān)任助教，同步進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)教學(xué)。小班化教學(xué)，每班25人左右，聘請(qǐng)優(yōu)秀教師擔(dān)任班主任，每50名學(xué)生還配備一名出色的心理導(dǎo)師，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生的德育和心理輔導(dǎo)，并會(huì)為學(xué)生配備升學(xué)指導(dǎo)老師。 The Chinese courses are taught by the teachers from China and other disciplines are conducted by foreign teachers in an English environment, meanwhile, there are bilingual teachers from China arranged to be the assistants for tutoring. Conduct teaching in small classes with 25 persons in each class, the excellent teachers are employed to be the head teacher, besides, one outstanding psychological mentor is arranged for every 50 students to take charge of the moral education and psychological tutoring, meanwhile the entrance guidance teachers are also equipped for the students.?
