Admissions decisions are based on a "portfolio" approach that includes review of a student's undergraduate and/or graduate academic performance, professional and/or business experience, standardized test scores (if submitted), and two letters of recommendation. Applicants are urged to submit GMAT scores as part of their application, and GMAT/GRE scores are required for international applicants who wish to be considered for available assistantships/fellowships. Applicants may also submit an optional personal statement.

Candidates to the Executive MBA program should be middle-level and upper-level professionals who have meaningful managerial responsibility. Successful applications will include a personal statement, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript from an accredited undergraduate institution, and completion of an interview with the Dean of the College or Business and/or a faculty member.

Designed for recent college graduates with little or no professional experience, the full-time MBA program allows students to develop the skills to analyze business problems and devise complex solutions, think strategically, and manage all aspects of the modern business enterprise. Coursework spans the core elements of business including accounting, economics, finance, management, marketing, and statistics, and offers students the opportunity to select from one of seven concentrations for customized study.

The Executive MBA curriculum contains six integrative modules that together reflect a representative and comprehensive spectrum of key elements of a business enterprise. It is designed to develop synergy across content, delivery, experiential and cognitive learning, and real-world application.

Catering to working professionals, the Flexible MBA program provides students with the convenience of studying on a part-time or full-time basis with courses offered during the day, in the evenings, on weekends, and online. With seven different program concentrations, this program combines foundational business coursework with advanced specialized study to allow students to prepare appropriately for their individual career aspirations.
