Factors and Procedures Used in Admissions

Full-time MBA program

An applicant must turn in a Graduate School application, GPA, transcripts, one letter of recommendation, essay, GMAT or GRE score report, TOEFL for international applicants and an interview(if needed). Once all information has been received the file is reviewed by the MBA Admissions Committee.

Executive MBA program

Applicants are required to provide undergraduate transcripts, 2-3 essays , resume, letters of recommendation and sponsorship, and to sit for a personal interview. The joint admissions committee reviews completed applications and grants admission offers to those candidates accepted into the program.

Part-time MBA program

An applicant must turn in a Graduate School application, transcripts, GPA, one letter of recommendation, essay, GMAT or GRE score report, TOEFL for international applicants and and interview(if needed). Once all information has been received the file is reviewed by the MBA Admissions Committee.

Part-time MBA distance learning program

The One Year MBA program is a general management program. The program will take students through 51 credit hours in 11 months: 3 hours of economics 12 hours of management 3 hours of quantitative analysis 8 hours of an internship 3 hours of marketing 3 hours of accounting 12 hours of elective course 3 hours of finance 3 hours of supply chain 1 hour of career services

Executive program

The joint UK/UofL EMBA program is a general management program. The program will take students through 46 credit hours in 20 months: 4 hours in accounting 4 hours in economics 4 hours in finance 4 hours in marketing 2 hours in quantitative methods 20 hours in management 8 hours from special topics

Part-time program

The Professional Evening MBA program is a general management program. The Professional Evening MBA program is a general management program. Specialty master's program

The MS Finance degree consists of 30 graduate credit hours that can be completed within one year. Students complete 24 credit hours of graduate finance courses, one accounting course and one economics course.
