There's better choices

SMC is a run of the mill liberal arts college. It is lacking cutting edge majors to compete in today's market. It is very expensive and the professor's are pretty mediocre. For a Catholic college they lack an interesting choice of courses in the religion department. There is some diversity on campus better than UVM which is a plus.
