Specialty master's program

Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) The M.S.A. program encompasses advanced analysis in a variety of areas including taxation, auditing and accounting systems, and data analytics for accounting. The formal M.S.A. degree requires completion of a minimum of 30 credit hours. Applicants whose undergraduate work was outside of business and accounting will first seek admission at the undergraduate level to complete up to 12 hours of foundation coursework. Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate (MSERE) The M.S.E.R.E. is a 30-credit hour program. Students without previous real estate experience will be encouraged to complete a real estate internship during the summer semester. Seven required real estate courses include entrepreneurial real estate process, finance, market analysis, construction and development, property and portfolio management, value, and legal context. Master of Science in Finance (M.S.F.) The M.S.F. consists of the following three main parts: 1. Core classes required of all M.S.F. students (12 hours) include global financial markets, investments, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis. 2. A 9 hour interest area in corporate finance, financial analysis, financial services, or a flexible interest area. 3. 9 hours of designated electives including a wide range of finance courses, entrepreneurial finance and venture capital, and international study.
