The Merrick School of Business at University of Baltimore offers these departments and concentrations: accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, general management, health care administration, international business, leadership, marketing, management information systems, public administration, and tax. The MBA program is 36 credits. Foundation coursework may be required for students without a qualifying undergraduate background, There's a set of required core (18 cr) and flexible core (9 cr). The flex core allow student to pursue courses either in an entrepreneurial track and/or corporate track. Finally, students must take 9 credits of electives of specialization. Our "Custom" specialization is our most popular, by providing students higher-level courses in disciplines that best fit their career objectives. M.S. in Accounting and Business Advisory Services is 30 credits. Foundation coursework may be required based on the undergraduate degree. The M.S. in Business-Finance is a 30 credit program with an emphasis on corporate finance. The M.S. in Taxation program is 30 credits. Foundation coursework for students without a qualifying undergraduate background. It is a collaborative program with the University of Baltimore School of Law.
