The Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University (Whitman) offers these departments and concentrations: accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, general management, marketing, real estate, and supply chain management/logistics. Its tuition is full-time: $1,683 per credit and specialty master's: $1,683 per credit. At graduation, 40 percent of graduates of the full-time program are employed.

The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University in upstate New York offers a wide range of graduate degree programs, including traditional and online MBA programs, along with master’s degree programs in accounting, entrepreneurship, finance and supply chain management. These master’s degree subjects are also among the concentration areas for MBA students.

Full-time MBA students can also pursue a dual degree from other schools within the university, and they can devote their time outside of the classroom to case and business plan competitions, consulting or community engagement. The South Side Entrepreneurial Connect Project at Whitman aims to support new ventures and economic development in the South Side neighborhood of Syracuse.

Additionally, the school works in tandem with the Department of Defense to train future and current comptrollers and resource managers tasked with managing the finances of the country’s largest government agency through the unique Defense Comptrollership Program. Graduates earn an MBA and an executive master of public administration by taking courses such as fraud examination, accounting for managerial decisions and project management.

Admission to the Defense Comptrollership Program is mostly limited to active and reserve military officers, along with civilian federal workers in the field, but Whitman’s other master’s degree programs are open to a wider range of applicants.

Notable graduates from Syracuse’s Whitman School of Management include Melvin Stith, dean emeritus of the school, and former New Hampshire Gov. Craig Benson.
