The J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University (Robinson) offers these departments and concentrations: accounting, actuarial science, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, general management, health care administration, hotel administration, human resources management, insurance, international business, marketing, management information systems, production/operations management, organizational behavior, real estate, and quantitative analysis/statistics and operations research. Its tuition is part-time: $499 per credit (in-state); part-time: $1,308 per credit (out-of-state); executive: $76,500 total program (in-state); and executive: $79,500 total program (out-of-state).
Applications for the EMBA program are reviewed by committee. Criteria include seven years of full-time progressive work experience, significant experience in a management role (managing people, projects or assets), and the ability to handle graduate course work. Applicants should be able to meaningfully contribute to the program and show maturity and motivation to succeed in an accelerated program.
Applicants are evaluated by a faculty committee with input from admissions professionals. Criteria include GMAT/GRE scores, transcripts, quantity and quality of work experience, essays, and for international applicants whose native language is other than English, the TOEFL or IELTS. In addition, the Part-Time MBA format requires an interview with a member of the admissions office. Interviews are on an invitation-only basis. Applicants to all other graduate programs will record a video interview as part of the online application.

Georgia State University’s College of Law is a public institution in downtown Atlanta that is highly ranked for healthcare law. About 90 percent of enrolled students are from Georgia, though the school does not give preferential treatment to state citizens who apply. Georgia Law students can attend school on a full- or part-time basis.
For students interested in earning two or more degrees, Georgia State Law partners with other parts of its university system to offer programs such as a unique J.D./M.B.A./M.H.A. through the Robinson College of Business and the Institute of Health Administration.
