The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University (Gabelli) offers these departments and concentrations: accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, general management, health care administration, international business, leadership, marketing, management information systems, quantitative analysis/statistics and operations research, and tax. Its tuition is full-time: $104,780 total program; part-time: $1,682 per credit; executive: $110,150 total program; and specialty master's: $1,682 per credit. At graduation, 48.90 percent of graduates of the full-time program are employed.

Graduate students enrolled in the Fordham University School of Business take classes in locations throughout New York City, at the Jesuit school’s campuses in the Bronx and near Central Park in Manhattan. When graduate students aren’t studying or taking in the city life, they can join one of the business school’s roughly 20 student clubs, which range from the Black and Hispanic MBA Association to the Tax Society.

In the classroom, Fordham business students can earn M.S. degrees in several programs, including accounting, global finance, investor relations, media management, taxation, and quantitative finance. Students with a nonbusiness bachelor’s degree can pursue the master of science in business enterprise program, which spans one year and uses experiential learning.

MBA students at Fordham can choose from six concentrations and five more specific “designations,” such as global sustainability. The executive MBA program is designed for those who have at least seven years of professional experience in the field, and holds classes in the evenings and on the weekends. Students pursing the standard MBA or the executive MBA can attend classes in Manhattan or about 30 miles to the north at the Westchester campus.

Fordham’s School of Business also offers dual degree programs and a pre-MBA program, which allows students to take three prerequisite MBA classes before committing to the complete program. The business school also sponsors the Fordham Accelerator for Business, which is an intensive four-week program designed to both help future entrepreneurs prepare to launch their businesses and also impact New York City’s economic development.

Notable alumni of the Fordham University MBA program include Maria Elena Lagomasino, director of Avon Cosmetics and former CEO of JPMorgan Private Bank.
