how much in state students do you have

I'm a teacher in California. I have a white student who would like to break some barriers and attend your prestigious university. He has told me that there are several African-Americans in his family, but he has no black blood. I know it is an odd question, but he would love to attend a black university because he identifies as black.

He would be welcomed here with open arms. Morehouse has had many white students and the faculty members run the entire spectrum of the human experience. We have had white valedictorians here also so it's not uncharted territory. It sounds like he has already been immersed in the black experience so it won't be a shock to him and he may also learn about some traditions that he was not aware of the roots.
