Norfolk State University ,well I have a lot of difficulty getting important things handled here can never get anyone on the phone for example My daughter had not received housing, we live out of state When we arrived to town we were hoping to go to the housing office and received an assignment they told her it would be another 4 to 6 weeks before they knew anything and for her to just figure something out.
