lack of academic rigorous

college currently employed somewhat 'second-tier' professionals to teach. Academic is my top priority, and I am considering other schools for a higher level of academic rigorous and reputation, both for personal development and graduate school applications.

My wife and I both graduated from Rhodes as did our oldest daughter. An excellent school focused on academic achievement, well endowed with small classes that is located on one of the country's most beautiful campuses. My daughter studied abroad for a semester during her junior year and had a great college experience.

Outstanding academic and alumni-engaged college

Rhodes College shaped my life by showing me how to be an open-minded thinker toward relating to other people's ideas and cultural experiences. As a mathematics/psychology major, I encountered many professors who were totally dedicated to helping their students experience and understand fully the concepts and ideas of their respective courses. The many reunions I have attended over many years have helped me to appreciate the love that so many alums have for Rhodes. As a high school and college teacher for over thirty years, I have enthusiastically recommended many of my students to consider Rhodes for their college experience.
