Amazing University!

Ever since stepping on campus two years ago, I knew UNA was the place I wanted to go. Everyone, including the staff and students are extremely friendly and helpful. You can go anywhere to get your questions answered or pointed in the right direction to someone who can. The past two years at UNA have been a blast and I can't wait to see what the next two hold.

Rude, unhelpful,

From the moment we stepped onto the campus we felt like the staff could care less if we were there. Questions were answered in an almost political dance concerning financial aid and room and board. As we walked around the campus looking at the class rooms and dorms it seemed to be pulling teeth to expect an employee to give directions. We have visited several campuses and this is by far the worst one when it comes to helpfulness and friendliness.
