Macalester is an excellent institution located in the middle of a wonderful metropolitan area rich in culture and internship opportunities. The campus has a unique international flavor due to the high enrollment of foreign students and the strong emphasis placed on study-abroad programs. In general, the student body is very diverse with representation from throughout the country. The college also strives to enroll students of color.
