Pleased parent

Our son chose Davidson for its small class size, high academic standards, and location. As a student athlete, he is challenged both academically and athletically, and has enjoyed a balanced college experience. An economics major who just completed a summer internship with a big four accounting firm has led to a job offer before graduation. Couldn't ask for a better school and a better experience for our son.

Loved my Davidson experience. Learned how to think and how to be a community minded, hard working contributor to society. 10% of my medical school class was from Davidson and we were extremely well prepared, filled a good number of the leadership positions at our med school, and have all thrived in residency and beyond.

My daughter was offered numerous sports scholarships and chose Davidson because of the extremely high academic standards. What a great choice- highly recommend this school. It is known as the Harvard of the South with good reason!
