上海浦東新區(qū)民辦滬港學校為上海耀華臨港校區(qū)。創(chuàng)立于2015年，為小學至中學一貫制學校，位于浦東新區(qū)銀蓮路2號?，F(xiàn)有中外籍教學及宿舍教師130多人，學生近650人，中外教比例1：1。
學校的小學及初中課程為融合課程，在中國國家課程的基礎(chǔ)上，引進海外優(yōu)質(zhì)教學資源，采用“雙語授課、中外籍專家合作教學”模式。除語數(shù)外、音體美等等課程外，還設(shè)有戲劇、管弦樂、西班牙語等特色課程。高中階段開設(shè)劍橋大學國際考評部的IGCSE和A-Level課程。學校還開設(shè)有近200種豐富的課后活動，包括馬術(shù)、帆船、皮劃艇等多項熱門運動。

YWIES Shanghai Lingang was founded in 2015, offering primary and secondary programmes mainly to Chinese students. It boasts more than 130 highly qualified teachers from all over the world, including residential hall teachers, with the ratio of Chinese and foreign teachers at about 1:1. The current student body amounts to 650.
YWIES Primary and Lower Secondary programmes integrate the best essence and practices of both Chinese and Western education, lay emphasis on critical thinking, creativity, teamwork and problem solving. In addition to Chinese, Mathematics, English, Music, PE, Visual Arts, a great number of featured courses are provided, including Drama, Orchestra, Spanish, and so on. Cambridge IGCSE and A Level is offered at Upper Secondary.

Co-Principal Model：The Western and Chinese Co-Principals share the same authority, accountability and work in partnership to provide academic leadership to the school to create a harmonious learning communities, and provide a role model of effective cross-cultural collaboration.
Co-Teaching Model：Based on the themes that students are studying and through extensive pre-class preparations, the teaching team comprising Western and Chinese teachers discusses the teaching methods and content to work out a teaching plan. Through flexible Co-Teaching, they can learn and draw inspiration from each other. The Co-Teaching model allows more interaction and fun learning between teachers and students, and helps students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
