Good online graduate experience, great staff...

PROS: Great staff, easy to access. I've only taken a classes with a limited number of professors, but based on those experiences I can also say the faculty is extraordinary thus far. Very personable, very helpful, very flexible within reason. The library is lightning fast on ILL turnaround. Canvas is a good tool for online classes, easy to navigate for first time users. Tuition cost is very affordable. Courses offered are outstanding. CON: Online graduate studies in social sciences at the 500 level are also offered to undergraduates at the 400 level, and unfortunately the discussions are at times... less than scholarly.

POOR (DONT DO ONLINE)

I'm not a student at this University; however, I was highly interested but soon after calling to get information on the MSW program they had me speaking with a student who was doing work study. She couldn't fully answer any of my questions and when I asked to be transferred to the Adviser she didn't do any better her job is to basically make me comfortable answer any questions. I wanted to know what to expect out of the programs she couldn't even sell half a dream. No longer interested I'm guessing if you're out of state and wouldn't be able to actually reach and talk to someone I wouldn't risk it they just seemed like they didn't care.
